Online terms, view, purchase, buyer's premium 10%. Bidding starts on May 1st at 8:30am and ends May 13th at 6pm. Shipping is available for particular lots, shipping price will depend on individual lots at the expense to the buyer. Shipping is not available for larger items, must be picked up or buyer makes their own arrangements at buyers cost. Pick up available Saturday May 17th from 12pm to 3pm & Sunday 18th from 1pm to 4pm. All property is SOLD AS IS & FINAL, NO REFUNDS AND NO CHARGEBACKS, must be removed from the property by the end of the day on May 18th by 4pm.
