The Bidder agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the online auction and will execute the auction real estate purchase agreement. Online bidding will CLOSE on Thursday, May 8th, 2025 at 6:00pm EST. 2. After registering, you are required to provide PROOF OF FUNDS.
