1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested. 2) Preview will be Tuesday from 10am-5pm, Wednesday from 1pm-4pm, and Friday from 9am-12pm. 3) We will attempt to ship most anything in House but are not professional packers. If you would like professional 3rd party shipping please request it and we will transfer your items to Jeffs Packaging in Kilmarnock for a $10 fee. Any in house shipping invoices not paid within 30 days of being sent will be deemed abandoned. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive a shipping invoice for in house shipping. We are an auction company not a shipping company. We do not handle any shipping requests or inquiries over phone everything must be emailed to bigredhibid@gmail.com. Any shipping claims for damaged items should be taken up directly with USPS as all packages are insured. 4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time. 5) Pick ups will be at Big Red Auctions Warehouse and Gallery at 488 N Main St Kilmarnock, VA 22482 on Tuesday April 29th from 10am-5pm. You may come anytime during the pick up day. 6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items.
