With �staggered close� lots do not close all at the same time; one lot will close every 15 seconds. You can follow the clock of each lot to know the scheduled closing time of any particular lot. �Soft close� is when a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last minute before a lot is scheduled to close, if this happens the time will be extended on that lot by 1 minute. This will continue until a full minute passes without a new bid on that lot. � Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full. � Removal of items: the buyer is solely responsible for the removal of their purchases. All lots must be removed within the times noted online. Any lots not picked up or have not had other arrangements made by 5 days after the auction, forfeit ownership of the items to the consignor and may be re-sold. � Shipping: is available at the buyer�s expense, for smaller items marked �shipping available�. Wire Transfer of funds will be required before shipment on gold and coins, etc. at a threshold of our determination before shipping will be processed. Once your items are packaged, weighed, and measured we will charge these costs to the credit card you have on file with HiBid. You will receive an email showing the packaging/handling fee, and the shipping freight cost, and your tracking number. Maverick 13 Auctions is not liable for damage to your item/items in shipping, if you require insurance on your shipment, you must let us know prior to packaging and we will add this to your shipping invoice.
