SHIPPING POLICY
If you require shipping, you MUST email us within 3 days of the auction ending to request it:yourdiscountdepotstore@gmail.com-Replies to your settlement email are also acceptable.
We do not provide shipping quotes before or after payment. Shipping costs are determined only after items are packaged. Items will only be shipped if you confirm via email.Shipping costs are charged to the card on file. No refunds will be issued if you refuse to pay shipping. mWe use the most cost-effective shipping method available.
Shipping Timeline:
Once confirmed, most items are shipped within 1�2 business days.
Storage Fee:
If your items are too large to ship or if you fail to request shipping within 3 days, a storage fee of $10/day per item will apply.
Items not picked up by Saturday at 2:30 PM, and not claimed for shipping, are considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of. No refunds will be issued.
REMOVAL LIABILITY
Buyers are responsible for safely removing all items. Discount Depot and its employees are not responsible for loading, damage, or injury. Any assistance provided is at your own risk. We do not guarantee help loading due to safety concerns.Damages caused during removal are the buyer�s responsibility. All discrepancies or concerns must be addressed on-site during removal. No exceptions.
TAX EXEMPTION
If you are tax exempt, your form must be submitted prior to auction day via email to:yourdiscountdepotstore@gmail.com
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are processed at auction close using the card on file. All payments must be made by Wednesday at 5:00 PM. If your payment declined, you will be issued an invoice via our other payment processor, and you will incur a $5.00 Charge!
Non-Payment Consequences:
Failure to pay will result in: A lowered bidding score on HiBid, Permanent ban from future auctions and Reported account status visible to other auctioneers.
Your Bidding Score will drop and you will be banned from future Auctions. Any buyer that does not pay and/or does a chargeback will be banned from Future Auctions, and you will be reported on your Hibid profile, in which the report will lower your bidding score. Other Auctioneers will see your score drop as well as the reason for the drop and more than likely they will not approve you for their auctions.
