There are no guarantees, warranties, express or implied for any items. Bids are consolidated from multiple online platforms through a third party bid management system. All auctions (sales) are timed with a soft-close feature. This system is completely automated. Each lot will be sold to the highest bidder at the end of the timer at the displayed price. Sales may be subject to a reserve. Auction results will be uploaded to each platform at the conclusion of the auction. This may display differently on each platform. All Bidders agree to pay a buyers (bidders) premium of 15% of the hammer price of each lot won. We ship EVERYTHING! We provide in-house premium packaging, full insurance and fast delivery. All for an extremely low flat rate. Your wins will typically be delivered to your door within 5 business days of payment. There are no handling or packaging fees. The lot description will denote if the item(s) are oversized. These lots will require additional shipping charges. All wins can only be shipped to the address on file with the auction platform. Flat Rate US Shipping & Handling (added to invoice total) $9.95 for any number of items Each oversized lot +$6.00 Invoices over $500 +$6.95 for required signature delivery International Shipping At cost +$10 handling fee. This will likely be significantly higher than our flat-rate service. Rare does not cover any duties or taxes. Declared value will be accurate to comport with international law. All US packages ship 100% insured against loss, damage, and theft that occurred during transit. Due to individual package insurance limits your wins may be shipped in multiple packages. Packages over $500 in value require signature confirmation. In the event of a claim, you must contact service@auctionsandestates.com within 3 business days from delivery to begin the process. The State of Texas does not collect sales tax on coins, currency, precious metal bullion and/or other items deemed usable as means of trade. Items or lots outside of these categories may be subject to an 8.25% state sales tax. The bidding platform may collect taxes based upon your state regulations. RARE is not involved and has no control over these charges. For invoices totaling less than $1500 Payment will be made automatically via the credit card on file by the auction platform within 48 hours of auctions close. There will be a 3% fee added for all credit card payments. If the card is declined a $25 fee will be added to the invoice total. These fees can be avoided by paying via wire transfer, ACH or Zelle. No paper checks, money orders, or outside payment methods will be accepted. Rare Auctions and Estates (Rare) is a family run auction house located in Irving, Texas. We provide high quality items, no-nonsense photography, straightforward terms, fast flat rate shipping and seamless payment processing. All for a lower rate than most auction houses. From our family to yours, thank you for bidding with Rare! TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUCTION Before placing a bid you (Bidder) must have a credit card on file with the bidding platform. This will be for authentication purposes and preventing fraud only. By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of the terms & conditions below and any other announced terms and conditions of sale or rules of the auction platform. We take great effort and pride in providing industry leading photography and accurate descriptions of all items. Any statements of condition are our, or a 3rd part grader�s, opinion and not guaranteed. All items and/or lots are sold �AS-IS� and All sales are Final. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted for any items and/or lots. Any estimates provided are based upon industry price guides, recent auction sales, and our opinion of condition and rarity. There are no guarantees, warranties, express or implied for any items. Bids are consolidated from multiple online platforms through a third party bid management system. All auctions (sales) are timed with a soft-close feature. This system is completely automated. Each lot will be sold to the highest bidder at the end of the timer at the displayed price. Sales may be subject to a reserve. Auction results will be uploaded to each platform at the conclusion of the auction. This may display differently on each platform. All Bidders agree to pay a buyers (bidders) premium of 15% of the hammer price of each lot won. We ship EVERYTHING! We provide in-house premium packaging, full insurance and fast delivery. All for an extremely low flat rate. Your wins will typically be delivered to your door within 5 business days of payment. There are no handling or packaging fees. The lot description will denote if the item(s) are oversized. These lots will require additional shipping charges. All wins can only be shipped to the address on file with the auction platform. Flat Rate US Shipping & Handling (added to invoice total) $9.95 for any number of items Each oversized lot +$6.00 Invoices over $500 +$6.95 for required signature delivery International Shipping At cost +$10 handling fee. This will likely be significantly higher than our flat-rate service. Rare does not cover any duties or taxes. Declared value will be accurate to comport with international law. All US packages ship 100% insured against loss, damage, and theft that occurred during transit. Due to individual package insurance limits your wins may be shipped in multiple packages. Packages over $500 in value require signature confirmation. In the event of a claim, you must contact service@auctionsandestates.com within 3 business days from delivery to begin the process. The State of Texas does not collect sales tax on coins, currency, precious metal bullion and/or other items deemed usable as means of trade. Items or lots outside of these categories may be subject to an 8.25% state sales tax. The bidding platform may collect taxes based upon your state regulations. RARE is not involved and has no control over these charges. For invoices totaling less than $1500 Payment will be made automatically via the credit card on file by the auction platform within 48 hours of auctions close. There will be a 3% fee added for all credit card payments. If the card is declined a $25 fee will be added to the invoice total. These fees can be avoided by paying via wire transfer, ACH or Zelle. No paper checks, money orders, or outside payment methods will be accepted. You must contact us 24 hours prior to auction start at service@auctionsandestates.com if you wish to pay via a non-credit card method! For invoices totaling greater than or equal to $1500 An invoice will be sent to you via email. You must pay within 72 hours via Zelle ($5000 max), bank wire transfer or ACH (E-Check). No paper checks or outside payment methods will be accepted. If payment is not received within 72 hours, of auction close, your claim to the any won lots may become forfeit. Our team will attempt to work with you regarding any extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion. International invoices of any size An invoice will be sent to you via email. Invoices must be paid via bank wire transfer except on platforms where credit card is allowed. $40 fee for international bank wires. If payment is not received within 72 hours, of auction close, your claim to the any won lots may become forfeit. Our team will attempt to work with you regarding any extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. All lots/items are sold as is where is. All disputes are subject to the laws of Dallas County, Texas and must be arbitrated there. Credit card chargebacks are not an acceptable method of arbitration.
