Small flat rate | 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8" inside dimensions | $11 (plus the $10 handling fee per box) Medium flat rate | 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" inside dimensions | $19.30 (plus the $10 handling fee per box) Large flat rate | 11-3/4" x 12" x 5-1/2" inside dimensions or 23-11/16"x11-3/4"x3" inside dimensions | $26 (plus the $10 handling fee per box) That means, if you bid on a tiny or small item, that fits into a flat rate USPS box, it will (at the minimum) cost you an additional $21 for shipping. Medium: $29.30, Large $36 and so on. Odd shaped and Extra large items or anything that DOES NOT fit into a flat rate USPS box will be taken to the USPS, and the buyer will be charged the costs of handling, packaging and shipping must be prepaid in addition to local taxes.
