This is an estate sale picking up from our client's home in Lenexa. Winning bidders will be given the address at the close of the auction. At the end of the auction we must remove everything in preparation for the next auction to be moved in, if you cannot pickup please call us and advise. If you purchased small items we will happily hold those at our office. We cannot keep large items on hold as space is limited. Per our contract with our Client's all remaining posted items are required to be disposed of or donated at the end of the auction so please ensure you make pickup or call. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe, you will forfeit the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal.
