BUYER’S PREMIUM A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid amount to determine the total contract purchase price. NOTICE REGARDING FINANCING Prospective purchasers are hereby advised that, due to ongoing litigation filed by the Property Owners Association (POA) against an insurance provider, it has been communicated to us that most lending institutions are currently unwilling to provide financing for this property. Accordingly, this is a cash-only transaction.
