We thank you for your participation in another FHRA, Inc. auction. It is vital that you familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions as all sales are final, without contingency & irrevocable. The following terms & conditions of sale are non-negotiable. Bid deliberately and with care.
Registration at the auction, whether online or in person, finalizes each bidder's agreement to the following terms and conditions of sale as stated in the Contract and its Addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. Make certain to read the terms and conditions prior to bidding. By bidding you are representing that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. To be eligible to bid, you must have registered with FHRA upon arrival, received a Bidder's Card and have read, thus agreeing to be bound by the terms of sale in the Contract as they are enforceable against you upon becoming a high bidder.
A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price. The property will be sold using the Multipar method. A 10% good faith deposit (see below) will be due on the day of auction with the balance due within 40 days. The 10% good faith deposit will be deposited into the FHRA, Inc. Real Estate && Auction escrow account and held until closing, at which time a check from the escrow account will be issued and credited to the buyer. Property taxes will be prorated to the date of deed. Remaining purchase price balance shall be due in full at closing via Certified Funds ONLY with transfer of deed. Possession will be given with the deed. Inspection of the property is encouraged to be performed by prospective bidders prior to the auction. Information is derived from PVA, County Clerk, or other public source information and is not guaranteed. Property sells as is with no guarantees by the seller or FHRA, Inc. Real Estate && Auction.
