Sales tax will be added to purchase price. 5. 15% buyers premium, with a 4% surcharge for all credit cards. 6. All items sold AS IS WHERE IS. All sales are final, no refunds. 7. Previews of items can be arranged by appointment. Please call 910-596-1899 to set an appointment for viewing. After auction, items must be picked up on pick up days. 9. Items not paid for and not picked up within the scheduled days and times for pick up and check out will be forfeited DUE TO BEING AND ON SITE and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. 10. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items. 11.
