This is an online auction only. We take a lot of pictures and add any information pertaining to condition, flaws, issues etc. If you have any concerns, please ask prior to bidding.
Cash, good checks, credit and debit cards with a 4% fee. All items sold as-is , where- is with no warranties expressed or implied.
Failure to pick up and/or pay for an item(s) will result In negative feedback and bidding suspension.
We do all of our own shipping and do not send it to 3rd parties. It may take 3-5 days to get it shipped, but we do not price gouge. We ship flat rate when we can and use USPS mostly.
We do NOT pay hibid for your credit card information, so if you need your item shipped, we will be calling you to get that information.
PLEASE make sure your phone number (cell if possible) is current on your hibid profile. We will send out texts as well as emails. If your # or email is not correct and we cannot get ahold of you, and we do not hear from you, you will be suspended from bidding. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your information is correct.
Check your spam and junk folder for invoices, we send invoices out immediately following the auction.

Tammy Orlicek is moving, and her house is loaded with treasures from furniture to antiques, and a shop full as well. Be sure to check out the entire catalog and check back time to time to see if we uploaded new things along the way!

If a bid is placed within the last minute of an item, that item will open up for another 90 seconds to allow someone else to bid. This will continue until no one bids again.
Some people proxy bid, which means they know they will not be able to bid at the end of the auction and will put in a maximum bid amount. Example if there�s something that someone is interested in and they place a maximum of $100 bid the current bid may show $20 but they have left a maximum bid up to 100. So if you come in and bid at 100 it�s going to show you outbid due to the fact they placed their bid prior to yours. I tell people this so they will place their bids knowing that someone may have bid prior to them if there�s something they�re truly interested in.
Your winning bid is a contract to pay, and any unpaid invoices will be subject to legal matters. If you cannot make the auction pick up time, please do not bid. If you fail to pay or pick up your items, we will report you, flag your profile, and ban you from future actions.
If you have a negative feedback score, your registration will show pending. You need to reach out to me for a chance for you to explain why you have negative feedback and will make our judgments according to the information disclosed. If you do not reach out to me, you will NOT be approved.

The pickup date will be from 9 am to 4:30 pm o... 1 1989 beachcomber tri toon -200 hp Johnson Party barge - Tritoon with 200 hp Johnson Nearly new upholstery So they told me that it was in the water last summer, the registration is still current The batteries are dead, I did hook some jumper cables up to them and it turns over very strong.... 1 2001 Forest River Salem fifth wheel This is a 2001 Forest River Salem fifth wheel camper. Heat, AC, stove, fridge, and hot water heater worked as it should when it was parked in 2019. The only reason it was parked was because the family bought a motorhome. They do plan on pulling it ou... 1 2009 jeep liberty four-wheel-drive This is a 2009 Jeep liberty four-door four-wheel-drive. They bought this to pull behind the motorhome and the daughter drove it to college until it developed an oil leak. It still starts, runs and drive. Four-wheel-drive works and shift into All a... 2 Red Club Car Golf Cart Gentleman says that it runs and drives just as it should. The batteries are fairly new, but they are dead. It does not come with a charger. 2 Blue Club Car Golf Cart Gentleman says that it runs and drives just as it should. The batteries need replaced and has no charger. It does have turn signals. 2 Pull behind Bushhog Not locked up, but cannot tell you last time it ran. 7 Lighted wood and glass hutch only No contents 8 Antique custom-made hutch only No contents. The family states this hutch was made by the grandfather close to 100 years ago. 9 Large cedar trunk and contents It�s loaded with afghans and pillows 10 Antique curved China hutch with wheels You are getting the hutch only no contents 12 Antique full-size bed, boxspring, and mattress. You are getting the headboard, footboard, wooden side rails. You are not getting the comforter and pillows. 14 27 Pro � form 740CS treadmill with dumbbell it does fold up, but the piece that keeps it folded up is broken, but the treadmill works as should 37 5 piece patio set. High table and 4 swivel chairs. Overall, the frames and glass are in good shape. The fabric on the chairs are going to need redone. 39 Patio set- see description Three chairs, table, and two small tables with no tops. They were using a piece of aluminum 10 siding for table tops. The chairs overall are in good shape and the pads are reversible. 45 Concrete donkey and cart The cart is pretty much destroyed, but the wheels are intact.
