We will send a separate invoice for shipping after items have been packed. Minimum handling fee of $15 is added to every shipment. Buyer shall indemnify East Estate Sales against any damages, claims, liability as a result of any harm or injury suffered by any person during the sale or pickup of items. All firearms listed in this auction will be held at the local FFL Dealer and will be available for pickup by the winning bidder on pickup day (located approximately 3 miles from auction site). Winning bidder will be contacted immediately following the close of the auction with dealer details. Payment of invoice (including winning bid amount, buyer�s premium & applicable taxes) must be made before FFL Dealer information will be released. A mandatory $30 fee PER FIREARM will be charged to the buyer by the FFL Dealer for associated paperwork. This fee will be paid directly to the Dealer, not to East Estate Auctions. About the Estate We at East Estate Sales are honored to present to you the picturesque estate of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Chapman. The family has a long lineage of Texas roots, but it is here in Tyler where they left their legacy. Dean was most known and appreciated by the lawyers of Tyler, but his impression extends to many areas of the community. He was the longest standing member at Marvin Methodist Church and pursued his passion for music playing trumpet in the TJC concert band and East Texas Symphony Orchestra. Marilee Chapman was affectionately known as �the duck lady� having written and illustrated her book, The Shocking Pink Duck. She had a passion for working with and inspiring children and was involved with many areas of the community as well. They were married for 65 years. The house itself was a host to The Christmas Tour of Homes as well as a fun and happy childhood to daughters Dawn and Suzy who would explore the land on horseback and be rung in for the evening by a cowbell hanging over the garage. Amongst the cherished possessions of this estate, you will find an array of unique historical items including a 1920s Marshall & Wendell baby grand player piano, a chandelier from the Philadelphia Opera House, exquisite furniture and collectibles.
