All items to be sold to the highest bidder except in the case of a reserve. Riat Auctions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees. Items are NOT functionally tested unless otherwise specified. All item descriptions are believed but NOT guaranteed and may vary. Buyers are responsible for their items as soon as they arrive on the premises where pickup occurs. You are responsible for moving and loading your own items. Any items not picked up on pickup day will be forfeited with the expectation of full payment and absolutely no refunds. There will be absolutely no exceptions to the forfeiture of won items as they will be disposed of at the end of the pickup windows. The Seller, Riat Auctions, & Affiliates are not responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries which may occur because of this auction, or the pickup of the items won. Riat Auctions is not responsible for any technical issues that may cause you to miss out on a lot, underbid, or over bid. We do not control the auction software directly and cannot help you with technical issues. The buyer understands they will be held responsible for any damage that takes place because of them removing their items whether this is a careless act or an accident. Cash, Check, or Card are all viable payment methods. For some items the auctioneer may request certified funds such as cashier check. All card transactions will incur a 4.00% surcharge. Any returned checks will result in a $50.00 service charge and a permanent ban from all Riat Auctions events.
Title to pickup will be released no sooner than 10 business days post auction UNLESS the buyer pays with a Cashier's Check, Money Wire, or in Cash.

Antiques, Furniture, Boyd's Bears, 1993 GMC Sierra (Low Miles), & More!
This is the Estate of my late Grandmother Phyllis M. Riat. This one is a bitter sweet auction for me as I've had a great time looking though memories but it's also pretty tough to see them go. Nevertheless we're conducting the sale the same as any other however I did add some extra descriptions to the auction as you all that know me know I like to tell a story or two when I get the chance.
I hope each and every one of you finds something on this sale that you like. Thanks for looking. 8 Night Stand w/lamp books not included 9 Antique Wash Stand Stamped "Cranes Furniture Store, Wamego Kansas" 12 Maytag Washer & Dryer Set These worked fine the last time they were used. 17 21 Hand Made End Table Very neat old end table that will need refinished as it isn't too sturdy anymore. The top of the table is seperating at its seams, however the wood is in good shape. This will make someone a very nice project! 32 Lot of Miscellaneous Army Men & Toys Space Ship is not included in this lot. Updated photo to come. 39 Solid Wood Desk w/light My Grandmother bought this very special desk for my Grandfather Kenneth. I did a lot of homework at this desk over the years... 54 Pile of bricks One iron patio chair and one iron end table 56 Pair of Vintage Fans two patio chairs and one end table 69 Greg Riat For Sheriff! I thought the old man would get a kick out of this one. We'll see how famous Greg really is!!! ;) Hahaha 74 Antique Pop Bottles This one owner 1993 GMC Sierra belonged to my Grandfather. It has 64,000 miles on the odometer. Clean clear title. Air conditioner does not work. Radio does not work. Has minor dents, dings, & scratches. Runs GREAT Plastic bedliner insert Casset... 75 Radio Flyer "Traveler" W/Wooden Sideboards This super cool wagon is in great shape! My grandmother used it to haul sacks of mulch around the garden. I also took a couple rides inside of it across the yard when I was a little boy. (if you can imagine me being very little!) 92 Refrigerator/Freezer (Freezer does not freeze) Would make a great beer fridge. 98 John Deere LX 172 Riding Lawn Mower (38" Deck) This mower is fully operational and appears to be in excellent shape. Grandma had this mower for as long as I can remember. I've put quite a few hours in with this mower when I was in high school. It fires right up and runs great. 99 John Deere 185 Hydro Lawn Mower I'm unsure of the deck size on this one.
