Payment Instructions: Payment in full is before pick-up dates unless other arrangements are made. Purchases >=$5,000 will require a wire transfer. Credit card on file will be charged automatically 72 hours after end of auction if payment hasn't been made or other arrangements agreed upon. Please make sure, before bidding, you are able to do this or have made previous arrangements with Wal-Lee Auction Company. Sales Tax will be added to all purchases unless you provide proper tax exempt documentation (not just your sales tax number but must be EXEMPT documentation). Shipping Instructions: Shipping Not Available Load Out: Bring own labor and equipment to load out. If 8', 9', 12', 20' or 40' containers are purchased, they must be loaded and moved at bidder's expense. Pickup and transport arrangements must be made by bidder.
