Our sellers are moving out of state and wish to sell some items of personal property that they don't want to move with them.  In this online auction you will find a 1997 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 4x4, 2 gun safes, Polaris 6x6 ATV, patio furniture, play set, antique and fine furniture, ping pong table and more. 

We are selling the real estate in a separate auction which closes on April 29.  If you buy the real estate and would like to keep any of these items on the farm you can purchase them in this auction.

Preview and Pickup Information:

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on May 1 at 7:00 PM at the rate of 1 lot per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview for this auction will be Wednesday April 16 from 1-6 PM and Thursday May 1 from 4-5 PM. Address is 928 Slate Mill Rd, Stanardsville VA 22973.  To find this property take South River Rd to the end of the state maintained road and turn right onto Slate Mill Rd.  Go one mile to the end of the road.  Pickup is on Friday May 2 from 1 to 6 PM. 

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
