AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every few seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend the auction for additional three(3) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group. An e-mail of invoice will be sent to the winning bidder/buyer of each auction after auction has completely closed. Stube Estate Auction Part 1 Starts Ending Wednesday April 16th at 8:00pm Pick up: Thursday April 17th from 11:00am - 6:00pm 2220 N Eastman Rd Midland, MI 48642 This is a 2 part, 1 owner auction. The 1st part is the two story workshop. This auction features many tools, machines, electric motors, many hand tools, Cabinets, Lockers, electronic parts, drawers and cabinets loaded with many workshop items. Many items are restored and reconditioned to like new or new condition. Lot Numbers 100-190 are upstairs. 200 - 408 is the main floor. We will have a tractor with forks to help load, but you will need to bring help to bring items down from the top floor. We will try to help as much as we can. No shipping for this auction.
