Preview Date and Time: There will not be an open preview for this auction. 

Bidding Registration

Participants must register on our website at least 24 hours before the auction ends. Late registrations will not be approved.

Auction Schedule

• Auction Closes: Thursday, April 24th, at 7 PM - Pickup Times: Friday, April 25th, from 5 PM to 7 PM, and Saturday, April 26th, from 10 AM to 2PM. There will be no exceptions to these pickup times. If you are unable to pick up your items during these hours, please refrain from bidding.

Payment and Buyer’s Premium

• General Items: Cash or Visa/Mastercard for purchases up to $1,500. Amounts over $1,500 will require a wire transfer. - A 10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.

Payment Process for Purchases Over $1,500: Winning bidders with invoices exceeding $1,500 must submit a wire transfer on Friday morning. Items can only be picked up once the wire transfer is received and verified. No items will be released until funds are cleared. The auction company reserves the right to require wire transfers for any amount at its discretion.

Item Descriptions and Conditions

All items are sold “As Is, Where Is” with no warranties or guarantees regarding year, make, model, mileage, hours, or overall condition. Bidders are responsible for inspecting items to assess their value. Descriptions provided by staff reflect their best judgment and are not guaranteed.

Online Bidding Information

Maximum bids will only increase in response to other bids, up to your set limit, and in pre-set increments, ensuring a fair and competitive process.

Bidder Responsibilities

• Keep your online login details (username and password) secure. - Comply with all relevant laws while using our website and bidding platform. - By registering with a credit card, you authorize Hoffman Auctions to process full payment if the balance is not settled within three business days post-auction. - By participating, you accept the items “As Is, Where Is” and acknowledge the importance of inspecting items before bidding. - You agree not to challenge, dispute, or contest auction-related charges, regardless of the payment method.

Load-Out Instructions

Please arrange for your own loading help if necessary. Bring any required equipment and materials (e.g., boxes, tape, dollies, tools, straps) to ensure the safe removal of items. Hoffman Auctions assumes no responsibility for damages during loading. Bidders must coordinate transportation of their purchases.

Item Pickup Window

Pickup will be available on both Friday and Saturday after the auction. Staff will be present to assist with coordinating item pickup and managing payments and wire transfers as outlined.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, as items are sold “As Is, Where Is.”
