This weeks auction comes to you from sunny St. Peters! Our lovely client is downsizing so you'll find a little bit of everything. Lots of furniture for every room in the house plus linens, kitchenware, vintage Christmas decor, decorative colletibles, housewares, tools, gardening and everything else home related! Please note: Winning bidders will be able to walk through the home and purchase the many items that were not listed in the auction. 1 Large Electric Fireplace Console This is a lovely electric console fireplace with storage shelves. It's in excellent working condition and comes with a remote control. One of the doors sticks (see photo) It warms up the room nicely. It's quite large and measures 60" long x 40"... 2 Light Gray Plush Rocker Recliner - Like New! This soft, comfy recliner is as close to brand new as you'll find on an auction....recently purchased with no wear, stains or use. It rocks but doesn't swivel...reclines as shown. The back comes off for easier moving. 3 Off-White Plush Rocker Recliner - MINT! This is a luxuriously soft recliner in off-white. It's in beautiful condition with no wear, stains or damage. It comes apart in two pieces for easier moving. Rocks and reclines! 4 Plush Red Sofa La-Z-Boy A wonderfully plush red La-Z-Boy sofa - 77" long. It's in excellent condition with no stains or damage. Might need gone over with a lint roller in spots. No animals! Bring help to move! 5 3pc Vintage Rolling Coffee & End Tables I believe the wheels were added after the set was purchased. Formica with glass inserts. The two end tables are slightly different in size but everything matches. Good overall condition. Coffee table is 51" x 22" One End table is 24" square O... 6 Wood TV Media Stand Dark cherry wood finish with a panel of doors and shelves. A couple spots on the top but it's in great condition overall. 68" long x 24" deep x 27" tall. NOTE: bring help to move up 4-5 steps to the door. It's heavy. 7 Full/Queen Black & Gold Lacquer Headboard & Frame You're bidding on a 1980's black lacquer and gold trim headboard and frame (mattress not included). The headboard is adjustable from full to queen and in great shape! 8 Black Lacquer and Gold Nightstand Vintage 80's in good condition. Minor surface scratches here and there but nothing noticeable. It's 22" x 17" x 30" tall. 9 Black & Gold Lacquer Dresser The perfect size 80's 6-drawer dresser with gold trim. There's a slight cloudy spot on the top but it's light and minor. Otherwise, it's in good condition as shown. 64" long x 16" deep x 30" tall. BRING HELP TO MOVE. 10 Black & Gold 80's Entertainment Center The shelf on the right side is adjustable but it's missing the glass door that would have been in place. The pull out drawer on top (for cassettes) is also missing on the left. Otherwise, it's in good, solid condition as shown. 48" tall x 48" wide... 11 Black Ceramic & Gold Touch Lamp Who doesn't love a good old fashioned touch lamp! It's about 20" tall and in good working condition. It matches the black bedroom set nicely. 12 Full Size Mattress & Box Springs It's an older set but it's in good shape with no stains or damage. Bring help to move, thanks. 13 Large Metal & Wood Rolling Industrial Desk This is a very large and heavy industrial desk that has been modified by adding wheels...rolls smoothly! It's heavy and you'll need to bring a couple of people with you to move it. It's in the basement with a walk-out but the walk-out has 4 stairs... 14 Vintage Formica Laundry Kitchen Table Formica top with gold chrome legs. Lots of scratches on top from use as a laundry table. Good solid condition! 48" x 36" in size. 15 Rolling Formica Microwave Cart Classic 80's formica - in good rolling condition. It has some paint on the top. 24" x 20" 16 Kenmore Refrigerator/Freezer - Works Great! Includes a leaf as shown. 19 Rolling Butcher Block Storage Cart Good used condition. 20 Solid Wood Dresser w/ Mirror - Farmhouse This long dresser gives me a farmhouse feel...nice and sleek in light colored wood. The mirror is removable. It's 64" long x 18" deep x 30" tall. A couple small wear spots on top but it's a solid 9.5/10. 21 Mid Century Dresser It shows quite a bit of wear on top and would need refinished. One drawer has a burn mark on it.
