MAX BIDDING: When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price doesn�t automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will go to the next highest increment and will be increase as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. Favaro Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of any item. Bidder agrees that everything is sold in an (AS -IS WHERE-IS) condition and that they may not return any item they purchase. Please note these items are sold one time with non-retractable bids. Remaining balance must be paid with credit card, cash or Wisconsin check upon pick-up Auction end times: Favaro Auction Service online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Favaro Auction Service online auctions also have an auto extend or "Soft Close" feature so when a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended two minutes from the time the bid was placed. The auto extend / Soft close feature remains active until no further bids are received within a two-minute time frame. If paying with cash or Wisconsin check, please notify us by email within 12 hours after the end of auction. If you do not, your credit card will be automatically charged. Favaro Auction Service does not test all items. All descriptions are believed true, inspections are encouraged (when available). Measurements are approximate sizes. If you do not, they're may be additional charges for an alternative pick up time. If your items are left behind after the offered pick up date or dates and do not make arrangements for an alternative pick up time, the buyer will be charged a daily storage fee of $10 for item(s) purchased. Once the storage fees exceed the item(s) purchased value, the item(s) will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited to Favaro Auction Service. Shippable items will be shipped out within 7-10 business days from end of auction. Buyer to pay for all shipping fees & charges.
