Auction Terms and Conditions:
15% buyers premium for all transactions unless stated. All Sales Final Upon Award of Online Bid Prior to bidding, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this auction; by registering to bid, you enter into a binding legal agreement with "9 Mile Liquidation Service."
Payment: New bidders bidding over 200.00 may be contacted by 9 Mile Liquidation for credit card verification. Unpaid invoices will be reported to HiBid. We accept all major credit cards.
All items are sold as is. If it says tested, then we have tested it. We welcome you to contact us for additional information or photos on all lots.
By accepting our T&C, you agree to receive emails, texts, and other solicitations.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and filing claims for refunds for any broken, damaged, or lost items. The buyer is responsible for hauling and moving all items from the premises during published pickup times unless other arrangements are made. We will not hold items that are not paid for. Winning bidders waive the right to dispute or deny payment on any purchase made with a credit card.Online
If you're not able to pick up after the sale, you are out of town, or just need more time, we understand; just let us know, and we will hold your purchases. Communication is key.
Online bidders will not have any claim against 9 Mile Liquidation Service for any error having occurred on the bidding platform. We reserve the right to cancel any bids received.
Shipping and Handling: 9 Mile Liquidation Service will use the least expensive shipping USPS, FedEx All lots will receive the best care when packaging.There is a minimum $2 handling fee per lot and a maximum of $25 per bidder. (Example: 1 tiny box, $2; large multiple boxes, $25 max.) Winning lots will be combined for shipping, some fragile items may need to be boxed separately. Again, all items sold are as is
