The bidding for this auction will begin to close 3. Pickup of your winning purchases will be on Sunday, March 30th from 3 to 7 furniture after 4:30pm. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. 6. NOTICE: Jim Brown Auctioneering may not hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything should be picked up by 7pm Sunday, March 30th unless your items are to be shipped. Buyers will be charged the full amount for items not picked up and may forfeit their right and claim to the property unless prior arrangements have been made. 7. Your bid is a contract, and you must pay for any items you win. 8. Jim Brown Auctioneering reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 9. This auction has a 15% buyer's premium. This means that a final bid of $100 will include a $15 dollar fee and the total price for the item will be $115 10. You will receive an invoice listing the items won within a few hours of the auction closing. If you do not receive an email with your invoice, please check your span folder. Your credit card will automatically be charged. We do not have the ability to process payment at pickup currently. PLEASE bring a "PAID" invoice copy to pick-up. If your card is declined, you will receive an unpaid invoice with instructions on how to make payment. Our office may contact you to make payment before the pickup. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 11. Shipping in available for items that have shipping indicated. If you need shipping after the auction, we will ship the item. Shipping Saint will be the company that provides shipping, handling and invoicing. 12. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.
Listing Information
The auction consists of very clean, nice household contents. Furniture, Collectibles, Native American Collectibles, and Antiques. Auction runs from Wednesday March 19th at 11.00 PM. until Saturday, March 29th at 7pm. We recommend for inexperienced online bidders to put your maximum bid in prior to auction close. (HiBid will bid for you automatically up to your maximum bid: Proxy Bidding) A auction close starts at 7pm on the 29th. The close means that every 45 seconds the items end starting with lot #100. If there is a new bid on an item, the clock adds 20 more seconds, so you could rebid if you chose. You can still bid and leave a Proxy bid on any item during the soft close. We suggest you watch the auction live so you can bid if needed on your items. We also suggest you put in the highest amount you are willing to bid as there are occasional glitches in the process and we want to be sure you have the opportunity to win your items.

This is a rare service for 6. It has a double mark. Waldman China Knotty Pine is marked over Colonial Homestead by Royal pat. Pend 1750. These dishes have a yellow stripe or area. Most colonial homestead are all green and white.
