Pick up and Payment are due no later than 2pm the Friday following the sale. All items are sold in as is condition. A 25% buyer�s premium will be applied to the purchase price of all items. All purchases are subject to applicable, 6% PA sales tax unless a Certificate of Resale tax form is fully and completely filled out and received prior to time of purchase. Items must be picked up, or shipping arranged within 5 days of the sale. We are happy to provide a condition report upon request but do not guarantee the condition of any item. You are welcome to call or email if you would like more specific details on condition. There are no warranties or guarantees. All auction items are available for you to view by appointment prior to bidding. If you bid, it will be assumed that you have previewed the items to your satisfaction, or that you have chosen not to preview the item at all. We want you to have all the information you need to confidently bid and do not recommend bidding if you do not feel certain. All sales are final. Payment is expected immediately. Unknown, first time buyers who write a check must wait for their check to clear before receipt of items purchased. We reserve the right to require a cashier�s check for large purchases, international and first time buyers. Payment is expected at the time of purchase and are required within five business days of the auction. Bidding on any item in the auction acts as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the sale. If you are unable to bid online for any reason, please call us to receive an Absentee Bid Form and Dovetail will do the bidding for you. If two identical absentee bids are received, the first bid submitted will be the winning bid.
