Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him immediately following their winning bid. For online auctions, the invoice total will be charged to the registered bidder's online credit/debit card immediately following the closing of the auction. The bidder will receive an invoice after payments have been processed. 8. All items must be picked up within two business days of the auction closing (unless previously agreed upon). Any items not picked up by the second business day will be considered abandoned and will be resold. 9. Mercury Auctions handles all shipping requests. There is a base charge per shipment order. For Aberdeen & Longview Auctions items can be transported back to Chehalis for an additional 10% to your buyers premium (50 cents per $5). 10. For internet-only auctions, Mercury Auctions reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
