Please be sure to bring your farm or resale exemption number with you. • Failure to pick up your purchased items by the designated pickup time will result in your purchase being declared abandoned and returned to the seller or resold to the backup bidder. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment. Also, you may be barred from bidding on future auctions unless you have paid for your purchase on time and made specific arrangements with the auction company. Kentucky Auction Law (KRS 330) states that a legally binding contract is formed when the auction item is declared sold by the auctioneer, therefore you are required to pay for it, even if you decide not to pick it up. • Items in this auction are offered 'online only' using an automatic extended bidding format. Bidding ends at 6PM, however, any bid received within 3 minutes of the scheduled closing time for that lot will extend the bidding for an additional 3 minutes. This process can repeat multiple times. Please be sure to check the “time remaining” on the lot you’re bidding on to ensure you don’t miss out. • Successful buyers should bring their own packing materials and load out help if needed.
