! Welcome New Auction Bidders and Our Treasured Auction Buyers !

We are in the process of modifying our auction registration process for new account holders.  Anyone can create an account with us by filling out the required information in an individual profile in your new account (name, address, email, phone, and a credit card to automate the process). Effective March 22, 2025 all of our auctions will require new account holders with no history with our company, to provide a valid driver's license or state issued identification and a verifiable phone number associated with the account. New account holders can email a copy of your DL/ID to texasauctionrealty@gmail.com OR send a copy via text message to 817-304-1052. (P.S. at the close of each auction, we DO NOT automatically charge cards. We believe you ought to be able to pay however you want to!)

Also in progress, is a pre-approval process for bidders and buyers who we have a history with, in order to skip the auction approval process. For our good customers that we have had the privilege to meet the last 20 years, please bear with until we can get to each of your individual accounts.  This pre-approval process will take days or weeks.  We hope you don't even notice, but just in case you get an approval pending for an auction, we will try and expedite the request. 

Once you have successfully transacted a purchase with our company (paid promptly and picked up according to the terms), we will remove the approval process for that account.

We have been fortunate to be able to trust online bidders since 2005, however, the time has come when a 'handshake' is no longer suitable to protect our sellers interests.  Sad day for me, but that just seems to be the new normal for living in 2025.  We love all our customers, and hope you understand!
