Thank you for participating in a Spangle Auction Service LLC Online Auction. It is important that you become familiar with the terms and conditions as all sales are final. The terms of sale are non-negotiable. You will need to register with a credit card on HiBid.com. Your card will not automatically be charged at the end of the auction. Winning bidders will be required to pay at pickup. Online buyer's premium of 15% will be added to the final bid. Taxes will be collected for this auction . We accept Cash, Business checks, Debit, or Major Credit Cards , Debit & Credit Cards will be charged a 3% convenience Fee. Payments must be made at pickup before loading items. For those needing shipping, you will need to pay online prior to items being packaged for shipping.
Loadout day will be the next day following the Auction from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you do not pick up by 6:00 pm your card on file with HiBid will be charged for your invoice amount & a 3% convenience Fee. You will be responsible to contact the Auctioneer to make suitable arrangements to pick up your items. Items not picked up within 10 days will be considered forfeited.
Buyers agree not to dispute any credit card charges. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy in this catalog, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, deletions, or additions. Purchasers are advised to attend the scheduled preview to inspect equipment and to make their own determination of condition. Neither the Auctioneer or the consigners shall be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect of any lot and make no warranty in connection there with. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of incorrectness, Error in cataloging, condition or any imperfection.
Registration at the Auction (online or in person) finalizes each bidders agreement to the Terms & Conditions of sale as stated in the contract and any addenda which is incorporated by reference into your bidding.
Do not bid until you have read the Terms & Conditions. In order to bid at the Auction all bidders must be signed up and registered through Hibid.com with a Credit card. There is no fee to register. By bidding you are representing to Spangle Auction Service, LLC (Auctioneer) and the seller that you have read and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions for this sale as stated herein.
If you do not agree with any of the Terms & Conditions stated DO NOT BID or you will be bound by those Terms & Conditions. By bidding you agree with all disclosures.
Employees of Spangle Auction Service, LLC are not prohibited from bidding on property.
THE SALE WILL BE CONTROLLED BY THE AUCTIONEER PROGRAM. AuctionFlex/Hibid. Spangle Auction Service, LLC is not responsible for malfunctions or system errors which cause a bid or bidder to fail to be recognized or registered.
According to Indiana STATE LAW there are no tie bids. All items will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no financing, inspection, or other contingencies to sale. Spangle Auction Service, LLC represents the seller only and does not inspect properties on bidder's behalf.
Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and investigation of each property and must also investigate the suitability of each parcel prior to making a bid and purchase at the Auction. Buyers must rely soley upon their own investigation and not any information provided by the seller or Auctioneer. Failure of a buyer to be fully informed on condition of a properly will not constitute grounds for any claim adjustment or right to cancel sale.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR BID CANCELLATIONS. THE REGISTERED BIDDER IS PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE, LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY FOR ALL AUCTION ITEMS BID UPON WHETHER REPRESENTING ONESELF OR ACTING AS AN AGENT. AN ONLINE BID ACCEPTED AT PUBLIC AUCTION IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE. ANY BIDDER WHO FAILS TO CONSUMATE A PURCHASE WILL BE BANNED FROM BIDDING AT ALL FUTURE SELLER AUCTION EVENTS AND MAY BE PURSUED FOR CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS.
