Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Central Illinois Auctions is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Central Illinois Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Central Illinois Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. CIA reserves the right to bid on sellers behalf. Payment: An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. All Internet Bidders shall be registered prior to Auction Start Time. Buyer's premium will be charged per item. Payment Instructions: Credit/Debit card on file will be processed/charged upon auction close. Pick Up: Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading. Invoice will be checked before assets leave the sale location. Bring help to load your items, boxes/tubs & any tools you may need to disassemble items. Picking Up Your Items: You are solely responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and removal of any items you may win at this auction. If you are unable to safely pick up and remove your items during the item pickup times that have been scheduled for this auction, PLEASE DO NOT BID. The Auctioneer will NOT hold items beyond the published removal times. The Auctioneer will not issue you a refund if you are unable to pick up and safely remove your items during the published removal times. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder; and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any liability.
