Terms and Conditions of this auction are as follows.
1.This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION! All Items sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS".
2. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you be the winning bidder.
3. A 10% buyers premium will be added to all items purchased via online auction.
4. we accept cash,check,or Visa/mastercard as payment. (NOTICE) there is a 3% Charge on all Cards used at check out.
5. Payment is due on or before pick up (NO EXCEPTIONS) Unless prior arrangements made before close of auction.
6. All sales are final! NO REFUNDS , NO EXCHANGES
7. Hendrix Auctions is not responsible for any missed bids from any source, due to any online Bidding problems.
8. In NO event Shall Hendrix Auctions be held liable for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability on any items, or errors or omissions in the description of the items.
9. All annoucements made prior to the closing of auction will take presidence over any verbal or written statements.
10. If winning items are not picked up and paid for by the winning bidder you will automatically forfeit your right to bid on any other Hendrix Auctions Again, and will be given a negative review on the Hibid website.
11. If buyer does not make prior arrangements before the scheduled pick up day and does not call or show up Hendrix Auctions has the right to charge the card on file to collect the owed balance for won items, and the items will be resold.
12. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back agaisnt the transaction and/or fees. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL
13. If buyer needs items Shipped Buyer is responsible for reaching out to Hendrix Auctions to confirm shipping address and make payment of items won, Buyer is responsible for ALL Shipping and Handling Fees.
14. Hendrix Auctions reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
