SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUYERS OF PORTABLE UNITS WEBCAST Live and Online Auction Brownsville Independent School District = BISD Portable Buildings are sold �AS-IS� and �WHERE-IS� with NO Guarantees. All movers will obtain all permits and insurances required by any state or local government authority for the removal of the Portable Buildings. The successful bidders shall have 45 calendar days from the auction to remove all purchases. BISD must receive copies of all required permits and insurances within 30 days of auction close. It is the responsibility of each winner bidder, not the mover to ensure the area of the portable building has been cleaned. When moved, areas around portables must have all debris removed. The site shall be left free of all debris and clean. Debris will include all bricks, wood or anything under or around portable. All Utilities have been cleared, they are no electric and other utility connections. The successful bidder shall cash deposit with Brownsville Independent School District the sum of $500.00 to ensure cleanup of each portable classroom/building. Payment for cash deposit is due on payment day. The site will be inspected to ensure all cleanup has been remedied. BISD will release the $500.00 per portable, maximum $500, to the successful bidder is without further claim. Failure to move a portable building will result in losing deposit. There are no refunds. The auction is for portables buildings only, any equipment pictured is not included in the sale of portable. Movers must provide all help to relocate building, BISD is not responsible for providing any assistance, help, labor or equipment. INSPECTION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED: Condition of all portable buildings is Used. ALL Costs related to removing portable is the sole responsibility of buyer.
