*Auction Terms & Conditions - Invoices will be sent at the end of the auction along with a payment link if you CHOOSE to pay online with a credit or debit card. Items must be paid before items will be shipped or released. Payment must be made when items are picked up or before shipping if applicable. We are required to charge sales tax on items.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase.
*AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to bid and/or purchase.
*BUYER BEWARE/ITEM CONDITIONS: All products are sold "as is," "where is," with all faults and blemishes included. Items are sold without any express or implied warranties. There are no refunds or returns. If you pay for it and it leaves the auction house, it is yours.
*ITEM PREVIEW: Saturday 12/21 from 10am to noon
PICK-UP: Winning bidders MUST pick up their items during the 3 days following the auction close. If you cannot pick up during our pick-up days/times during these three days, please do not bid. You will need to bring appropriate help to load heavy or bulky items. WE DO NOT LOAD, WE DO NOT SUPPLY BOXES OR PACKING MATERIALS. DO NOT BID WITHOUT A PICKUP PLAN.
*SHIPPING: CONTACT US BEFORE BIDDING if you need a shipping quote. Please watch for the SHIPPING SAINT email at the auction close and respond appropriately. We will ship items AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE. Items will be shipped out within 7 days of payment of final shipping charges. Inquiries about shipping and the potential cost of shipping should be asked BEFORE bidding.
