All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not warranted. Country Green Auction company attempts to inspect and accurately describe all items, but bidder due diligence is required. If you are not able to inspect items during dates setup you may contact Country Green Auctioneering to schedule a time suitable. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All lots sold at auction are final. If you are the winning bidder you must pay for them. Country Green Auctioneers reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any point or to reopen bidding on any lot due to system failures or disputes. Once the auction has ended bidders are responsible for the items. Pickup for this auction is 4/12 @ 37834 Rt 35N Richfield PA 17086 between the hours of 9am to 6pm. If you are not able to pick up at the designated times you must make other arrangements by contacting the auction company. If you are not able to come on the pickup days we will need to add $5.00 cost to your invoice. We have limited space and resources and when buyers do not show up on pickup days it requires us additional labor. We try to be flexible, but we also need to be profitable to stay in business. Country Green Auction Company does offering shipping on select items for auction. If an items is available for shipping it will be marked �Shipping Available�. If the item is not marked shipping available but you would like to have it shipped contact us to see if that is an option. If winning bidders fail to pick up after one week and have not made contact with the auction company the property will be forfeited and merchandise will be disposed of in a manner deemed best by Country Green Auction Company and bidding restrictions will be placed on their account. Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be added to the final amounts. If you are a tax exempt you must contact Country Green Auctions prior to checkout and provide appropriate documentation. Once the auction is completed an invoice will be issued to all winning bidders. Payment can be made at pick up in the form of cash or a check (for checks must be a Pennsylvania residence). Additionally, we accept credit card payments. There will be a link on the invoice to proceed with processing credit cards. Unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company all invoices that exceed $1000.00 must be paid in cash, personal check, or bank wire. The 72-hr warranty will start on the day you receive the items but does not apply to items received 7 days after the auction closing date. All items in the auction will be labeled in one of the following categories: Like New: These items are believed to be unused and complete. Items labeled with this condition will be eligible for a full refund paid in cash. Refunds may be given at the discretion of the auctioneer. Open Box Tested or Not Tested: These items are considered to have been opened and may or may not have been used. We have not verified all parts. You may test the item before leaving the premises. If it does not work you may be eligible for a return. Once the item leaves our premises we will no longer accept said item as a return. AS-IS USED: Not returnable for any reason. The item may be damaged, used, non-working, or incomplete. Shipping Items: Refunds may be given for items labeled New and Open box tested but buyer must pay return shipping costs. Pickup for this auction is on March 18-19 between the hours of 9am - 6pm Once the auction has ended bidders are responsible for the items they won. Any item not picked up on the primary pickup day will need to be picked up at our Mt. Pleasant Mills location. You will have one week after the auction to pay and pickup items. If you do not pick up or fail to contact Country Green Auctioneering to make arrangements to pick up or ship we will assume you are forfeiting the items you won. In such case we will dispose of the items in a manner we deem best. If you are not able to pick up at the designated times you must make other arrangements by contacting the auction company. Country Green Auction Company is offering limited shipping on this auction. Each lot will be designated if shipping is available. You will receive an email with the total shipping charges once the items have been packaged. Failure to pay and or pickup items could result in being restricted in bidding in future auctions. We also may share non-paying bidder information with other auction companies. Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be added to the final amounts. If you are a tax exempt you must contact Country Green Auctions prior to checkout and provide appropriate documentation. Once the auction is completed an invoice will be issued to all winning bidders. Payment can be made at pick up in the form of cash or a check (for checks must be a Pennsylvania residence any returned checks will receive a $30 fee for insufficient funds).
