REMOVAL of PURCHASED LOTS: Items may be removed from the auction house by the buyer after the invoice has been paid. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Lots not paid for and/or removed within this time frame may be resold at public or private sale without further notice. PAYMENT: EDS accepts cash, Zelle, wire transfer, personal checks (with a hold until payment clears) and certifiable funds. Buyers will be contacted via email by Shipping Saints after the auction closes; buyers must click on PICK UP within this message and select a scheduled pickup time. EDS makes every effort to contact buyers, however, it is the buyers' responsibility to communicate with EDS to arrange pick up. Purchased items will not be stored at the EDS facility beyond the week of the auction and will be considered forfeited. RETURNS, DESCRIPTIONS and GRADING: EDS staff are not professional graders or experts, though we make every effort to give our best analysis of condition, grade, and quality. Items graded by third party grading companies such as PCGS are listed as described by the grader. All items are sold as-is and all sales are final. EDS makes no warranties or guarantees of condition. It is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer to establish the authenticity, grade, details, flaws, provenance, and authenticity of all lots by personal preview. Because of the level of fraud encountered in this industry, it is important that buyers understand this responsibility prior to bidding. All sales are final. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY: Bidding in an EDS Auction is your contract to purchase. Effective and enforceable immediately when you become the high, winning bidder, you have agreed contractually to your purchase per the laws of the State of Indiana. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and competent to conduct a financial transaction. EDS makes every effort to accurately describe all lots. We will make every effort to accurately describe all items - descriptions, marks, identification, and photographs of the items will not be considered a warranty or guarantee of authenticity or value. All auctions are considered reserve auctions unless otherwise posted. EDS and its employees reserve the right to bid on any item for any reason, including absentee bids placed by non-internet bidders. The bidder/buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with any collection process for funds due to EDS. This may include legal and court fees, time, and ANY associated costs. The purchaser agrees that a fee of 10% per month will be added to the balance of any unpaid amount due to EDS. This will include ANY and ALL costs associated with collection, including damages. NEW LOTS MAY BE ADDED: New lots may be added to any of our auctions up to the Friday before the Monday close of the sale. BIDDING: Auction lots will have a staggered ending time starting at 6pm or 7pm EST, depending on the season, with most auctions closing on Mondays and Wednesdays. All EDS auctions have soft closing times. Stagger time varies per auction depending on the total lot count. Any bids placed in the last two minutes of time remaining will extend the total time. If two bidders place high bids that are the same amount, the FIRST recorded bid becomes the winner. Make sure you have the high bid before assuming you have purchased an item. EDS assumes no responsibility or liability in the bidding activities during the close of the auction. Once an item is closed, EDS cannot change the winning bidder status under any circumstances. EDS reserves the right to withdraw any bid for any reason. ADDITION TO OR WITHDRAWAL FROM SALE: Seller or Auctioneer may withdraw or change the items being sold in this event at any time and at their discretion. SALES TAX: 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be charged for all buyers with Indiana residence. If you have a Tax Exemption, we must have your Exemption Certificate on file before the close of the auction.
