SOFT CLOSING: Each auction item is scheduled to end at a specific time, however all Online auctions performed by Wiggy's Estate Sales use a "Soft Close" feature. During SOFT CLOSING bidding will remain open on any item that receives a bid within the last 2 minutes prior to the scheduled closing time. Time extensions are added in 2 minute intervals to the original auction closing time and to each extension's closing time when a bid is placed during that 2 minute extension. For example: An item is scheduled to close at 11:00am, and a bid is placed between 10:58am and 11:00am, the closing time will be extended by 2 minutes until 11:02am. If a bid is once again placed within the closing 2 minute interval, the time will extend until 11:04am and so on. Once a 2 minute interval has passed without any bids, the auction for the item will close and the lot will show as COMPLETED. Remember to click the "Refresh" button on your web browser frequently before the item closes and during any extension periods. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment for all purchases is due immediately at the conclusion of the auction.
