Auction Terms and Conditions:  All items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, Condition at the time of auction. All buyers are encouraged and expected to make any inspections of the items before bidding.  Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items. All invoices shall be paid in full the day of auction.  

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property items purchased. 

Concessions and Restrooms will be available day of auction.
