All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Everything must be PAID IN FULL on the day of the auction, regardless of scheduled pickup. 2. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 3. When you become an active bidder at auction you have entered a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful winning bidder. The retracting of bids will not be allowed once they are placed. The Auctioneer reserves the right to deny bids. 4. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel are in the best interest of their client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments they feel are not in the best interest of the seller. 5. Mercury Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. 6. Every effort is made to "guard" merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him immediately following their winning bid. Therefore, they are advised to further guard their items at their own discretion. 7. For online auctions, the invoice total will be charged to the registered bidder's online credit/debit card immediately following the closing of the auction. The bidder will receive an invoice after payments have been processed. 8. All items must be picked up within two business days of the auction closing (unless previously agreed upon). Any items not picked up by the second business day will be considered abandoned and will be resold. 9. Mercury Auctions handles all shipping requests. There is a base charge per shipment order. 10. For internet-only auctions, Mercury Auctions reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Mercury Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
