Local Line Auctions - Terms and Conditions
1. Buyer’s Premium:
A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of all items. This premium is non-negotiable and applies to all winning bids.
2. Payment Terms:
A 4% processing fee will be applied to all transactions paid with a credit card.
No personal or business checks will be accepted under any circumstances.
All payments must be made in full before items are released to the buyer.
3. “As Is” Policy:
All items are sold “as is,” with no warranties, guarantees, or returns.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding, as no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
4. Bidding & Winning:
All bids are final, and winning bidders are legally obligated to complete their purchase.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at their discretion.
5. Item Pickup & Removal:
Buyers must arrange for the pickup of purchased items within the specified timeframe.
All items must be removed on the day of the sale.
Failure to collect items within the allotted period may result in forfeiture without refund.
6. Liability:
Local Line Auctions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been sold.
You are entering the auction house at your own risk; we are not responsible for injury, damage, or theft.
Participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated herein.
