AUCTION FORMAT: This is an online auction only. Bids can be placed online for the period of days indicated. Lots will close at staggered times, If a bid is placed within 1 minute of the scheduled auction close, an additional 1 minute will be added to the bidding for a soft close on that item. If you place a bid in this sale, and your bid is determined to be the winning bid, the bidder becomes obligated to pay for the item(s) that the bidder has won at the winning bid price. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns or exchanges are accepted. Once the item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the new owner of the item and has entered a legally binding contract which cannot be altered or voided. Additionally, bids cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. NO WARRANTIES: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the quality, character, or condition. INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his / her personal inspection of the property through photos provided or in person at the preview on the dates and times provided in the auction notice. Photographs are an important part of the description. SETTLEMENT: Highest bidder will be invoiced in U.S. dollars. The buyer will have the option to pay with cash, check or credit cards. If the buyer pays with check and the funds are insufficient the buyer will be charged an additional $35.00 fee. The card provided at registration will be charged following the close of the sale, if the buyer chooses to pay with that credit card. Buyer agrees that valid credit card information has been provided, the card has the funds available to complete the purchase, and that the buyer will accept all charges and the buyer will not charge back any charges placed by the auction company in accordance with fees discussed throughout the terms and conditions (ie. HiBid, buyer's premium, no-show, and late show fees). PICKUP: All pickup times and places will be designated in the auction notice. Items not picked up during the pickup times listed are considered abandoned and becomes the property of the Auction Firm. Any such items will be resold or disposed of without any reimbursement or refund to the buyer. You will be solely responsible for loading your purchases. INJURY AND DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder or his agent, and further agrees to hold the auction firm and sellers harmless from any personal injury to himself or his / her agents and any property damage incurred on pickup premises. All bidders and their agents enter the site, participate with the auction and remove items at their own risk. Additionally, buyers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their agent to the property during removal and also agree that the credit card provided will be charged for any expenses incurred and / or repairs necessary as a result of any damage you cause.
