1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested. 2) Preview will be Tuesdays from 10am-5pm, Wednesday from 1pm-4pm, and Friday from 9am-12pm. The schedule for preview may vary with the holidays. 3) Shipping is available on items that fit in a flat rate box for a $10 per item packaging fee plus the actual cost of shipping. It is a slow service. All packages will be insured all claims can be taken up with USPS not us. Items larger than a flat rate box must be picked up by a shipper during the designated pick up time. If they are not picked up they will be deemed abandoned. We highly recommend contacting Jeffs Packaging in Kilmarnock for fragile and large shipping items. We will deliver them to Jeffs Packaging for a $10 fee. Bidders must contact Jeffs Packaging first to confirm with them before we will drop off items. Any in house shipping invoices not paid within 30 days of being sent will be deemed abandoned. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive a shipping invoice for in house shipping. We are an auction company not a shipping company. 4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time. 5) Pick ups will be at Big Red Auctions Warehouse and Gallery at 488 N Main St Kilmarnock, VA 22482 The day of the Auction or Tuesday April 1st from 10am-5pm. You may come anytime during the pick up day. 6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items.
