Shipping is at buyers expense, we ship USPS and UPS. Packing is charged at $10 per package minimum. Large, bulky, or fragile items are very expensive to ship. We package all items to the best of our abilities, however once it leaves our facility we cannot be responsible for damages. We insure packages up to $100.00. Spring Valley Sales Co. is not responsible for damage, once it leaves our facility. Spring Valley Sales requires an adult signature for all shipments over $250.00. We DO NOT ship to PO BOX. Upon the award of bid, title and risk of loss, damage to or destruction of the purchased item, passes to the purchaser and the auctioneer shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage to or destruction of any such item. 8. No items may be removed until settled for in the manner announced. All items must be removed within SEVEN (7) DAYS from the conclusion of the auction, unless prior arrangements have been made. Any Items not removed at the allotted time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by Spring Valley Sales Co., will be considered forfeited merchandise and will become the possession and property of Spring Valley Sales Co. 9. Spring Valley Sales Co. LLC IS A MN Licensed Auto Dealer. Spring Valley Sales Co. LLC will transfer all titled items into Buyers' name. MN sales tax, title transfer fee, and a document fee will be collected. 10. LOTS CLOSING: Staggered & Soft close for each lot. Staggered: Lots will not close at the same time. Each lot will end several seconds after the previous lot. Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend if there is bidding activity in that lot,. Max Bid: If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay and the system will automatically bid for you (up to that max amount). 11. Online bidding is a provided service and bidders understand and acknowledge that this service may not function properly. The auction company reserves the right to pause, postpone, or cancel the auction if complications or circumstances out of our control occur.
