It is your responsibility to contact us if you have not received your invoice and pickup location. Bring Boxes, packing material and assistant to load if needed. Please do not bid if you are unable to pickup your purchases in the specified time periods for each auction. DISPUTES / DISCREPANCIES All bids are binding, any bidders in default will be banned from future auctions and suit for damages will be initiated through NJ civil courts. Record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. In the event the auctioneer cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the auctioneer's responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question. Auctioneer records the sale by recorder. No adjustments will be made to an invoice once the inventory leaves the premises. Auctioneer has right to bid on sellers behalf if there is a reserve on any lots. LIABILITY All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer and Seller formal liability therefore. Auctioneer and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held. If your toddler, grandfather, or pet cat was bidding on your behalf, you still have to pay for the items as you're the person responsible for your account.
