WE SHIP! Kilford Auctions Terms & Conditions � By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If this is your first time bidding in our auction, or you�re bidding every week, here is some important information every auction enthusiast should know when bidding in our auction. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 14.% buyer�s premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. For any cards that fail to process we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Your invoice will come from: support@kilfordauctions.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your junk/spam folder. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged registering for the auction. Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, and the invoices have been created you will receive an emailed copy of your invoice indicating that you are a winning bidder. You will receive this email the day the auction has concluded. We have 3 DESIGNATED DAYS for pickups and shipping for this auction: Friday (3/28/25) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday (3/29/25) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday (3/31/25) from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Late pick ups will be allowed with proper communication during scheduled times Tuesday (4/1/25) - Thursday (4/3/25) from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All items that are not picked up or had shipping paid by Thursday (4/3/25) by 2:00 PM will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal unless other arrangements have been made. A refund will NOT be issued for abandoned items. All merchandise not picked up or had shipping paid by Thursday (4/3/25) by 2:00 PM will be considered abandoned and forfeited. We are located at 7209 Charter Oak Loop, Temple, Tx 76502. SHIPPING POLICY: The shipping policy for winning items is as follows: 1) Winning lots must be paid for IN FULL before we will package, weigh, process and invoice for shipping. 2) If you want to have your winning items shipped, please indicate you need shipping when you register. If you forgot to do this, you can email support@kilfordauctions.com with your name, your bidder number, and the shipping address. We will provide you with a separate email indicating the fees for your shipping. Your shipping invoice will include insurance for the item that is equal to the amount you bid. 3) It is very important that you reply to the email, allowing us to use the card you have on file with Hibid to pay your shipping and handling. Once shipping has been paid, we will provide you with tracking information. 4) You have the option of providing a prepaid shipping label for shipping. Please email your request for box dimensions and weight to support@kilfordauctions.com. Please email the prepaid shipping label to support@kilfordauctions.com. 5) Items that did not have shipping paid or did not have a shipping label received by the final pickup day will be forfeited and bidder will not be eligible for a refund. Kilford Auctions is not responsible for removal. We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, Kilford Auctions employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. Not all items can be visually inspected so we do test products for functionality when we are able to do so. Returns and Refunds: At Kilford Auctions we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. All items have a 3-DAY guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for. Just like you, we are not fans of junk mail and spam texts. Kilford Auctions will not fill your email with junk and text you at the most inconvenient times. We commit to only sending you text messages to remind you that the auction will start to close in one hour and that you are a winner. Kilford Auctions emails are few and far between. By registering for our auction, you agree that we can send you text messages and emails. STOP/Unsubscribe: Kilford Auctions maintains its own text and email list. Phone numbers and emails will only be added if you have registered for a Kilford Auctions event. If at any time you feel it is too much, reply STOP and you will be removed from the list. If you do not wish to receive messages, you must unsubscribe. If at any point you wish to be added back on the text list, you can text us at 254-551-1089 and we can add you back (Message and data rates may apply). LOT CONDITIONS ARE LISTED FIRST IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION: ALL LOTS THAT ARE LISTED AS SALVAGE OR ARE DESCRIBED AS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE IF PURCHASED. We encourage bidders to take advantage of preview opportunities. HiBid emails are not controlled by Kilford Auctions. If you would like to no longer receive emails from HiBid you may make adjustments to your notification and communications in your HiBid account. This Online Auction is scheduled to close on Wednesday, 3/26/25. Lots will start to close at 10:00 AM, the day of the auction and will close at a rate of 5 per minute until all lots are sold. This Auction will include Overstock items from several big box stores, small New in Box/ DAMAGED Box, Open Box, Tools, Holiday Items, Home Decor, Electronics, Appliances and so much more. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Many items are in craft, nongraphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage.
