TERMS AND CONDITIONS Terms and Conditions of Sale: 1. All items auctioned are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees. Please read all descriptions and inspect photos thoroughly before bidding. Auctioneer makes every effort to provide accurate information about the items being sold. However, the Auctioneer will not assume responsibility for Buyer's bidding errors. It is Buyers' full responsibility to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale. Buyers are recommended to read all descriptions and inspect all photos. The photos and description are offered as a guide only, please ask questions prior to bidding if you are unsure about an item. 2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A successful bid at an online auction constitutes a legally binding contract of sale. All sales are final. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges. 3. Bidder's Number. The bidder's number is nontransferable. All bids online made using the bid number will be the responsibility of the Buyer. 4. Buyer's Premium: There will be a 24% buyer's premium added to all winning bids. 5. Payment: By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to allow us to charge the credit card on file if you are the winning bidder upon close of the auction. Purchases over $500 may require a copy of your Drivers License or Photo ID for security purposes. Local bidders may pay with cash. You must contact us 3 days prior to the close of the auction and indicate that you will be paying with cash. You may also pick up your items at our location or arrange for shipping with a local or freight service. 6. Shipping: We offer in-house shipping for most small estate items. Buyers are to pay all shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to the total cost of the item(s) (hammer price + buyer's premium + sales tax (if applicable). International buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees in addition to shipping charges. Buyer has five (5) business days to contact us (256-490-2319) with shipping arrangements. All exceptionally large, fragile, or irregularly shaped items will be packaged and shipped via The UPS Store. We can deliver the items to the store but you will need to make the arrangements for packing and shipping and will be responsible for all costs to do so. Furniture or extra large pieces may require freight (anything over 110lbs packaged). Uship.com is a suggested shipping option for large pieces (i.e. furniture). It is your responsibility to make arrangements through a freight shipping service. Non-Payment for Shipping. If the buyer refuses or does not wish to pay for shipping or will not pick up the winning items, Clear Choice Estate Auctions will not, for any reason, refund the Buyer. If the items are not picked up on the scheduled pickup days or arrangements are not made, the items will be deemed abandoned and will become the sole property of Clear Choice Estate Auctions. 7. Pickup: Your invoice total must be paid in full for items to be removed from the estate. All items not picked up will become property of Clear Choice Estate Auctions.

The Auction will begin on 03/12/2025 and will go internet live beginning at 5:00 pm CST on 3/29/2025. Pickup is located in Centre, Alabama *** Pickup is by appointment only. Buyer's Premium of 24% plus Sales Tax. Shipping is available to be paid for by the winning bidder. All purchases totaling over $500 will require a drivers license photo for verification purposes.
