Items are open to public preview for inspection on the designated time and date as noted in the Auction Details. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the condition of each item/lot at the designated time. This includes condition, age genuineness, value or other factors concerning the item/lot. Our best efforts are made to describe each item/lot and represent each with photographs with accuracy as much as possible. Marty Unholzer Auctions will not assume any responsibility for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. No claims are allowed after purchase of each item/lot. The successful high bidder owns the item/lot as soon as lot is deemed sold and is responsible for full payment at the time of pickup as noted in the Auction Details. Bidder must make payment and pick up in the designated pickup times or arrangements to do so in a timely manner. If no effort is made to pickup the item there will be either a storage fee per item/lot per day or a disposal fee of the item/lot. Storage fees and disposal fees will be determined by Marty Unholzer Auctions depending on the size and duration of time. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE.
