Sale is not contingent on buyers ability to finance, appraisal, or a survey. • The successful bidder must sign a non-negotiable contract provided by the seller’s attorney immediately after the auction closes. • The final bid is subject to seller approval, and the seller reserves the right to withdraw the property from sale at any time before accepting a bid. • A 10% non-refundable down payment is due on the day of the auction upon signing the contract.
