PARCC Deals Online Auction Terms and Conditions 1. Pick-Up Policy: - Pick-up is by appointment only, and a scheduling link will be provided. Available hours are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. - No shipping is available. All items are for pick-up only. - All items must be removed within 7 days following the auction close. Failure to do so will result in payment forfeiture, and the item may be resold. 2. Payment Terms: - A 15% Buyer's Premium applies to all purchases. - A 7.75% sales tax will be applied where applicable. - Acceptable payment methods: Credit card only. - All items must be paid in full before removal. - The credit card on file will be automatically charged after a successful bid. Please ensure you register with the card you wish to use. - A $1 temporary charge will be applied during registration to verify your card. This charge will be refunded. 3. Item Condition & Warranty: - All items available for auction vary in condition, including new, open-box, and used items. - Each item is carefully inspected, and descriptions are provided accordingly. - All items are sold "as-is, where-is" with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. - Auctioneers are not responsible for errors or omissions in inventory descriptions. 4.
