Certain pieces of equipment may contain residual chemicals. Any firearms sold through auction will be sent to an FFL dealer where an appropriate background check will be confirmed. The purchasers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneers and sellers from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or during use or operation of the purchased items.
