***BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAX: A buyer's premium of 14% will be applied to each winning lot, and 7% sales tax will also be charged to all in-state bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number, provided before bidding. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Thursday by 5:30pm. Payments accepted are cash, check, bank wire transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. All cards with have a 4% convenience fee applied at time of payment. Declined credit cards will have a $5 fee added. Items over $500 may be required to pay with a wire transfer, fee of $25 will be applied. The buyer agrees to pay AAA Auction Service, LLC a handling charge of $35.00 for any check not honored by the drawee. ***PICK-UP: Pick up for winning items is Thursdays at listed times. Please book pick up time through winning email or text. Drive through the open gate on right side of building, come around and park in front of door 3, and enter through door 2. WE CAN NO LONGER ACCOMODATE CUSTOMERS ON THURS WITH NO BOOKED TIMES just showing up randomly, assigned time will be 3p. The next pick up times will be Tues 10a to 5p or Thurs 10a to 5p with a $10 convenience fee. ***SHIPPING: Payment for items needing shipped will be charged at time of invoice. ***SHIPPING: SHIPPING IS VERY EXPENSIVE RIGHT NOW. Anything more than 20" price starts at $60 and up. We do in house shipping. We use Shipping Saint and do have charges for handling and supplies in addition to shipping. The items will be packed and then an invoice will be sent for payment through Shipping Saint via an email. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through Shipping Saint form that we provide to you via email. Items not paid for within 7 days of auction will be forfeited. No exceptions. ***FIREARMS REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age for long rifle, and 21 for handgun. Buyer agrees to pay $30 for a background check, will be added at time of pick up. If shipping firearm buyer must provide an FFL to transfer gun to. Buyer responsible for shipping costs. No out-of-state pickups. ***BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAX: A buyer's premium of 14% will be applied to each winning lot, and 7% sales tax will also be charged to all in-state bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number, provided before bidding. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Thursday by 5:30pm. Payments accepted are cash, check, bank wire transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. All cards with have a 4% convenience fee applied at time of payment. Declined credit cards will have a $5 fee added. Items over $500 may be required to pay with a wire transfer, fee of $25 will be applied. The buyer agrees to pay AAA Auction Service, LLC a handling charge of $35.00 for any check not honored by the drawee. ***PICK-UP: Pick up for winning items is Thursdays at listed times. Please book pick up time through winning email or text. Drive through the open gate on right side of building, come around and park in front of door 3, and enter through door 2. WE CAN NO LONGER ACCOMODATE CUSTOMERS ON THURS WITH NO BOOKED TIMES just showing up randomly, assigned time will be 3p. The next pick up times will be Tues 10a to 5p or Thurs 10a to 5p with a $10 convenience fee. ***SHIPPING: Payment for items needing shipped will be charged at time of invoice. ***SHIPPING: SHIPPING IS VERY EXPENSIVE RIGHT NOW.
