REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: There is no cost to register as a bidder for an auction. At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are and that you are of legal age before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer.
All bidders participating in this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and agree to be bound thereby. These terms are in addition to all other posted information, if any. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserve the right to bid on behalf of an absentee bidder.
Buyers premium of 15% will be added to all invoices
HST of 13% will be added to all invoices
99.9% pure gold or silver is tax exempt ** Buyers premium portion of purchase is taxable **
PICKUPS & REMOVALS:
Shipping is available to Canadian Addresses ONLY ---- WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE USA
Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times and not scheduled in advance of the pickup to be shipped will be considered abandoned and become the property of GTAbids. If you abandon an item, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item plus any costs to remove, transport and dispose the item.
Dates and times for pickup will be posted on our website. Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up.

***Shipping & handling fee of $24 plus tax will be added to all invoices being shipped which includes tracking but no insurance ***
***We endeavor to ship in a timely manner however packaging may take up to 1 1/2 weeks following auction close before being sent to carrier, please be patient.
***Gold, Silver, Coins and Currency are not insurable through the shipping companies.
If you are having items shipped you acknowledge that you alone are accepting the risk for having the coins and currency shipped. We ship to the address shown in your in your Hibid profile, PLEASE ENSURE IT IS CORRECT
***Payments by Credit Card MUST be picked up in person and are NOT eligible for shipping
We automatically charge the credit card on file with Hibid for invoices being picked up unless we are advised in advance that you wish to pay by E-transfer or "cash at pickup" or that you wish to have your items shipped.
If paying by E-transfer a copy of your unpaid invoice will be sent by email, payments are respectfully requested to be complete by Thursday at 6:00pm before the pickup to avoid delays in waiting for the payment to be confirmed
We accept Visa and Mastercard -- We do not accept Discover, American Express, Paypal or Debit Cards.
Please be prepared to show ID and the card used for registration when picking up your items.
Many Credit cards declines are due to mismatch of information with the Hibid profile,

BIDDING NOTIFICATIONS: At time of registration you can choose to be notified by e-mail during the auction if you have been outbid. Please note that outbid notifications are NOT sent out during the last two hours of the sale.
WINNING NOTIFICATION & INVOICING:
-All winning bidders will receive an e-mail with an attached invoice from GTAbids after the auction
closes, typically within 24 hours.
-If you believe you won and have not received an invoice please contact GTAbids and we will check
our records.
-If you'd like to know whether you won a lot at the close of the auction, check your "bidder history" -- if
it says "may have won" that means you are the high bidder on the lot. If you are not the high bidder, it will say "you have been outbid."
