Cash discount applied only if buyer completes purchase by Sunday or Monday following sale and indicates intention to pay cash by message through Hibid or to auction house before close of auction. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax emption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. Credit Cards will be charged immediately following auction close unless other arrangements have been made prior to sale.
